MAD SWEET HEAT products are made with you in mind, so choose which product will accompany your dish; sliced candied jalapenos" or "candied jalapeno relish"...versatility is left to your imagination

MAD Meatballs

1 pound of hamburger

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup shredded sharp cheese

3 tbsp MSH relish

You can use your bare hands but please wear gloves if feeding those other than your own family.  Place hamburger in a bowl and mix all the spices into the meat really well.  Now add the egg and again mix well. Toss in milk, bread crumbs, both cheeses and MSH relish.   You can make the meatballs now or cover the bowl with saran wrap and place in the fridge overnight allowing all the flavors to meld together (this is how I do mine).  Heat your oven to 350.  Roll meatballs into 1 1/2 " rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake 13 minutes, then turn your sheet pan around and cook another 13 minutes for 26 minutes total.
